On August 27, 2005 the U.S. Post Office issued the Arthur Robert Ashe, Jr. (1943-1993) commemorative stamp.  Brother Arthur Ashe is the first member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. to be bestowed this honor.  In addition, Brother Ashe was a member of New York Alumni Chapter and was conferred the Laurel Wreath during our Fraternity 75th  Diamond Jubilee celebration in Indianapolis, IN.
